In reaching our youngest leaders, the foundation hosts good leadership workshops at school exposing young people to what good leadership is all about and how to develop it within themselves.

Our transformational conferences bring together university students from every discipline to engage in new knowledge and powerful conversations around good leadership. Students explore their potential as leaders and begin their journey in self development. Many enroll in post conference mentoring and work actively to develop their capabilities as ethical, effective, and service minded leaders.
