Welcome to the Young Leaders Page at Aderonke Foundation

In reaching our youngest leaders, the foundation hosts good leadership workshops at school exposing young people to what good leadership is all about and how to develop it within themselves. 

Aderonke Foundation prepares students in tertiary institutions to become good leaders, contribute meaningfully in the workplace, and strengthen their communities.

Our program begins with a campus leadership development conference and continues with practical workplace readiness sessions, a team-based business challenge, group mentoring, and opportunities to connect with employers. Participants build essential skills in communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and ethical decision-making while learning to take initiative and apply their education to real-world challenges.

Working with tertiary institutions, volunteer mentors, and corporate partners, we help young people bridge the gap between education and employment. Our goal is to develop graduates with the skills, confidence, ethics, and heart of service to lead responsibly and make a positive impact wherever they go.
