To nominate students for national recognition as part of the challenge, send the following information to info@aderonkefoundation.org

3. Classroom Activity Information
- Date the Good Leadership Classroom Activity was completed

4. Classroom Photos
- Upload 1–3 photos showing students participating in the Good Leadership Classroom Activity
5. Good Leader Nominee Information — Up to 6 Nominees Per School Per Term
For each nominee:
- Student’s full name
- Age
- Class/Grade
- Why was this student nominated as a Good Leader?
- Give one specific example of how the student demonstrated good leadership
- Which Good Leader quality does the student best demonstrate?
- Upload at least one photo of the student receiving their Good Leader Award Certificate
6. School Authorization
- Name of Principal/Head Teacher/Authorized School Representative

- Confirmation that the information submitted is accurate and the students have been selected by the school for the Good Leader Challenge
7. Photo & Publicity Permissions
- Confirmation that appropriate permission has been obtained to submit student photographs and information to Aderonke Foundation
- Permission for Aderonke Foundation and the Center for Good Leadership to use submitted names, photographs and stories on websites, social media, reports and other program communications
Upon successful submission, the participating teacher will receive their Good Leadership Advocate Certificate.
